5. Resin can get scratched through everyday use
6. When not wearing your piece, it is best to store it in a cool, dark place

1. Once you place your order, we will provide you with an address to send your chosen inclusion. Upon receiving your inclusion, we begin the creation process.
2. To create the first layer, we use high-quality resin and your pet's ashes inclusion. It needs 24 hours to harden before proceeding to the next step.
3. Once the first layer has hardened, the next step is to apply the glitter or shimmer color you have chosen. It will be mixed with resin, and another layer will be applied for a further 24 hours.
4. Once both layers have hardened, we do a quality check to make sure it’s up to standards. Sometimes during this stage, we might notice that another layer of resin is needed. In this case, we apply another and final layer.
5. Before shipping, we will send you a picture of the finished jewellery for your final approval. After receiving your approval, we carefully package and ship your custom ashes pendant to the provided address.

Unfortunately , we cannot offer returns or refunds as each piece contains personal inclusions that we cannot resell. 

This includes , if your piece becomes damaged or broken during use.  If you piece was damaged during shipping , please contact us.
